Training
Knowledge and expertise of micro reactor chemistry
The aim of our Flow Chemistry training is to educate the customer in how to maximize the benefits of Flow Chemistry.
Based on our experience of organic syntheses in micro and meso reactors, we can use our knowledge to provide customized training. The training is developed by Dr. Paul Watts and Dr. Charlotte Wiles, in co-operation with The University of Hull and The University of Life Sciences in Heerlen.
We share our knowledge of Flow Chemistry and its' application through a theoretical overview of the technology and chemistry, along with a laboratory workshop; where you will gain hands on experience of a micro reactor system at the Chemtrix facilities.
The benefits of the Chemtrix training course;
- Be trained by experts and increase your knowledge for minimal cost
- Learn how to get the most out of continuous flow reactor technology
In adition, the type of training can be customised to the end user. The following illustrates examples we have provided:
- Theoretical training at universities
- Practical workshops at academic institutions
- One-on-one training for industrialist end users
- Company-wide seminars to highlight the benefits and challenges of this emerging technology
With over 10 years of practical experience of flow reactor chemistry, the aim of our training courses are to educate the customer in how to maximise the benefits of flow reactor technology for their chosen application;
- Defining reaction parameters
- Outlining how to perform flow investigations
- Interpreting the data generated
- Illustrating how the data generated can be used to increase production volume
- Understanding the benefits and challenges associated with continuous flow technology
